Billing and khata that keep working when the internet doesn't.

Vikray runs on the counter PC, not in a browser tab. Bills, stock, customer credit and day-end backups — all on the machine, all at the speed of someone who bills with one hand and counts change with the other.

What it does

Built for a wholesale counter, then made general enough to sell.

Billing without a mouse

Arrow keys move around the bill like a grid. * saves and prints immediately. The counter never has to look down.

Khata that reconciles

Credit, part payments and settlements recorded against the bill they came from — so the ledger and the takings agree.

Stock with real cost

FIFO cost layers from actual purchase bills, so profit is what you made and not what the current price suggests.

Fully offline

The database is a file on the till. A dead connection stops nothing — not billing, not printing, not the day-end backup.

Printed bills that look right

PDF bills with your shop's name, address and logo. Zebra-striped tables that stay readable on a cheap printer.

Backups you can carry

Archive a day to one file, copy it to a pendrive, and import it back later without wiping what is already there.

Supported and kept current

Updates arrive on their own.

Every copy checks in with us and installs updates when we publish them. If something goes wrong at your counter, the error reaches us with a reference code — the same one on your screen — so a support call starts with us already knowing what happened.

Your books stay yours. Bills, customers, item names and amounts never leave the shop's computer. What reaches us is the app version, whether it is running, and error text when something breaks.
